Every year we all make a promise or two to ourselves in regards to how we are going to change for the better in the upcoming year. Drop some pounds, Change our eating habits, or do more at work! Whatever it maybe we all look at the New Year as a fresh start on becoming the person we want to be. Well except for you perfect folks out there!
